Seal-N-Shine™ is a high solids waterborne clear coating that offers a glossy or matte finished appearance. It is designed specifically to seal and protect surfaces such as concrete, masonry, porcelain, stucco and tile grout. It’s water- based, non-toxic, eco/bio-friendly with no mixing required and super easy to apply.

Example surfaces include driveway pavers, stamped concrete driveways, river rock and stone decks, etc. Seal-n-Shine is also an excellent adhesion primer for a variety of coating solutions including all 3E Coatings floor coatings. The crystal-clear finish provides an extremely durable and protective penetrating finish enhancing the appearance and colors of paving bricks, concrete, stone and similar surfaces. It will provide a long-lasting finish that will not yellow, peel or crack. Built in UV inhibitors offer protection against UV damage.

COVERAGE

Seal-N-Shine™ covers approximately 250 to 500 square feet per gallon, depending on surface type and porosity. At 250 sq. ft. per gallon, the application yields approximately 6.4 mils wet and 1.5 mils dry film thickness.

The product applies smoothly and dries to a clear, high-gloss finish. This advanced sealant is engineered to resist staining from oil, grease, fuels, and other common spills. It also helps prevent and control the growth of mold, mildew, and algae.

APPLICATION

Apply Seal-N-Shine™ with a brush, short-nap mohair roller, or low-pressure airless sprayer. One coat is typically sufficient. If a second coat is desired, allow the first to dry to the touch before
reapplying.

Under standard conditions (77°F and 50% relative humidity), the coating will be dry to the touch within 30 minutes, though this may vary with environmental conditions. Allow a full 72 hours of curing before exposing the surface to heavy foot traffic.

Ensure the cleaned surface has dried for at least 24 hours before application. Do not apply if temperatures are below 50°F or above 90°F, or if rain or heavy dew is expected. Avoid excessive build-up, puddling, or overlapping.

CLEANUP

Clean spills and splatters promptly with soap and warm water. Wash hands and tools immediately after use.
